Quectel EC25 is a series of LTE Cat 4 modules optimized for M2M and IoT applications. It uses 3GPP Rel-11 LTE technology with a maximum data rate of up to 150 Mbps for downlink and 50 Mbps for uplink. The EC25 series adopts a compact and unified form factor design and is compatible with Quectel's multi-mode LTE standard EC21 series/EC20-CE/EG25-G/EG21-G modules and UMTS/HSPA+ UC200A-GL modules, allowing flexible migration in design and manufacturing.
The EC25 series supports Qualcomm® IZat™ positioning technology Gen8C Lite (GPS, GLONASS, BDS, Galileo, and QZSS). The integrated GNSS greatly simplifies product design and provides faster, more accurate, and more reliable positioning.
Rich Internet protocols, industrial standard interfaces and rich features (USB serial drivers for Windows 7/8/8.1/10/11, Linux, Android) extend the module's applicability to a wide range of M2M and IoT applications such as industrial routers, industrial PDAs, video transmission, rugged tablets and digital signage.
